if you enjoy being semi-locked out and waiting on elusive staff, this place is for you. the breakfast was just juice and a croissant—such a ‘culinary delight. ’ also, i certainly did expect a welcome gift, but I guess that’s too much to ask for. almost gave it a good review, but just couldn’t. ,

During my short stay for two nights, I was captivated by the incredible views sweeping across the Tuscan landscape from my room window. The location couldn't be better, sitting right at the entrance to the historical area, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the breathtaking Piazza Grande and the Civic Museum, both just a short walk away. The breakfast served at a nearby café was also a delightful start to my day, offering a great local flavor.

Comfortable beds | Authentic style
Room had a shared door, allowing noise from adjacent room. Stone floor made the room extremely cold, lacking rugs for warmth. Minimal breakfast options, provided only at a cafe around the corner, without a full dining service on-site. Location near bars resulted in considerable noise disruption, especially at night.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room for 1 night. The room was super spacious and clean, with an authentic style that I loved. The big windows gave an awesome view of the Tuscan countryside! The self-check-in made things quick and easy. However, the stone floor was freezing, and I wished there were rugs to warm it up. Not the calmest spot since you can hear noises from the street, especially at night, but I was still able to enjoy my stay.

The stay was fine, with clean rooms and a good view of the landscape. Arriving late was easy, as the key was waiting for us in an envelope. I enjoyed the breakfast at a nearby cafe, even though I prefer self-service options. The beds were comfortable. The location near the historical center made it easy to explore the area, even if it meant some noise from the streets. Overall, a memorable experience during my road trip with my partner.
